The Royal Solomon Islands Police Force International Law Enforcement Cooperation Medal is a prestigious award established to recognise the exceptional contributions of both current and former members of the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force, as well as international law enforcement agencies, in fostering international cooperation. Eligibility for this esteemed medal requires individuals or agencies to meet one of the following criteria:

  • Played a significant role in international law enforcement operations or initiatives in collaboration with the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force; or
  • Demonstrated a sustained commitment to enhancing international law enforcement cooperation, as determined by the Commissioner of the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force; or
  • Individuals must have served a cumulative period equal to or greater than 180 days as a member of the Regional Assistance Mission to Solomon Islands Participating Police Force between 24 July 2003 and 30 June 2017. Nominees will need to have displayed diligent service.
